What CNV Resolution 1172 changes for VASPs
Argentina's CNV replaced the VASP (PSAV) rules of General Resolution 1058 in full. Interpretive criteria become rules, registry exclusions change, there are new procedures to change categories and deregister, and the monthly report gets a new methodology and format from November 1, 2026.
